Steel boiler with two combustion chambers and a piston feeder
PS serie is a newest product from CETIK. In order to fulfill the needs of customers, the manufacturer combined a reciprocating feeder with an additional emergency water cooled grate. Piston feeder is a device used for feeding solid fuel by means of a piston placed inside the trough from the fuel tank directly to the furnace in the boiler. Thanks to that fuel is supplied systematically and evenly which affects economical operation and convenience of use.
EKO PS type boilers are equipped with two combustion chambers – Bottom with retort furnace intended for combustion of fine coal, pea coal, walnut coal pellet etc. and Upper, full scale, created by the fixed water-cooled grate, where coal from thicker assortments and wood can be combusted.
Thanks to the piston feeder moves into the furnace the exact portion of the fuel that is needed to maintain the desired temperature. The advantage of the piston feeder is the fact that when the feeder does not provide fuel to the furnace, the piston is extended so it prevents the back flow of the fuel to the hopper
Innovative gutter piston feeder is controlled by means of a microprocessor regulator controlling the boiler's efficiency by means of precise dosing of appropriate fuel portions depending on the demand for the thermal energy with the simultaneous removal of residues, namely ash after combusted fuel. Thanks to the application of piston fuel feeding solution you can burn one of the cheapest fuels available on the market. Boilers in the construction of which piston feeder is used are very safe. This system prevent fuel blockages and back burn. Thanks to Piston System there is not any meting on the pot and spindle

Belt feeder boiler is designed to combust ;
Automatic feeding (bottom furnace): fine coal, pea coal,walnut coal,pellet,chips, olive seeds,fruit stones, sawdust (20-80 mm all type fuels) Through large bunker capacity, user fills the bunker and approximately don’t fill three days
Manual feeding (upper furnace): wood log orange coal, briquette, all type solid fuel.
Very important advantage is an additional furnace in the form of water cooled grate. It allows to burn above mentioned fuels without a need of shutting down the automatic furnace.
Boiler-circulation pump working temperature, fuel loading-delay time adjustment and fan speed control can easily adjust by digital control panel and after this air disperse in to the boiler homogeneous. Boiler reaches to regime in a shortly time. Fan and reducer switch off and boiler stay sleeping mode after entering the adjusted boiler temperature. Fuel loading and waiting (delay) time can easily adjust by user according to air conditions and building positions. Adjusting time’s flow chart and working position can display on LCD screen
Boiler water temperature can adjust on to the digital control panel. Limit thermostat shut down the reducer and fan when the boiler temperature exceeds the 90 C but circulation pump continues to work. Circulation pump working temperature can adjust between 10 C and 45 C. If water temperature fall down +4 C, circulation pump work automatically for blocking the freezing risk

Control panel is adaptation with boiler body completely thanks to panel’s special design. Boiler body is isolated completely for heat losing. Boiler outside view is painted with electrostatic paint and this gives the boiler aesthetic view.

Due to special interior design and sensitive working digital control panel, benefit maximum from burning and after burning gases. Also harmful waste gases and chimney temperature decrease minimum values.

Our manufacturing can be make according to acceptable general standards. To be use A1 quality boiler metal sheet, consequently boiler lifetime so long. All boilers are produced on modern production line. For production we use DIN EN 10025-2:2004 Quality: S235JR ( St 37-2 ) special boiler plate.
We apply a lot of “bends” in our boilers. It allows to reduce majority of welds and of course transfers on even better quality as well as improbability of leakage appearance.
To be leave from producing every boiler, according to 3 bar operating pressure, to be test with 5 bar hydrostatic pressure.
We are sure about the quality of our products, therefore to our boilers we give as far as 2-years guarantee. Of course, we conduct service under guarantee and post-warranty terms. In our company you can buy all parts wear out.
