Soğuk Hava Odası Panelleri

SMS Modüler Soğuk Depoları, Modüler panellerden oluşan montaja hazır ve
montaj için perçin, profil gibi hiç bir aksesuar istemeyen soğuk depolarıdır. SMS ,
normal muhafaza odaları (±5ºC) 80 mm, donmuş muhafaza odaları (-20ºC) 120
mm kalınlığında modüler panellerden oluşmaktadır.
TEKNİK ÖZELLİKLER
Duvar/Tavan Panelleri : İki sac arasına 42 danssite (±2) poliüretan enjekte edilmiş
ve birbirine kilitlerle bağlayan sızdırmaz panellerdir. Yüzey malzemesi isteğe
bağlı olarak Polyester, PVC veya CrNi olabilir.
Zemin Panelleri : Oda içi 10 mm. kalınlığında ithal playwood alt yüzey galvaniz
sac arası 42 (±2) dansite poliüretan enjekte edilmiş ve birbirine kilitlerle bağlanmış
panellerden oluşmaktadır. Zemin panelleri 2.000 kg/m2 yayılı yük taşıma
kapasitesidir.
İzotermik Kapılar : Panel yüzey malzemesi ile aynı özellikte 80×190 cm net geçişli
yükselen menteşeli, ithal kilitli, kilitli iken içerden açılma özellikli ve donmuş
muhafaza oda kapıları donmalara karşı rezistanslı ve hiç ahşap malzeme kullanılmamış
izotermik kapılardır.
SMS Modüler Soğuk Depolar, montajı kolay ve kullanımı ergonomik gerçek modüler
soğuk depolarıdır.
SMS Cold Stores are made of modular panels which are ready to assemble,
and also there is no need to use any accesories for SMS. SMS Cold Stores
(-5/+5ºC) panels thickness is 80 mm, and deep freezes (-20ºC) panels thickness
is 120 mm.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Wall/Celling Panels : It is enjected poliurethane(42 kg/m3) between 120
micron PVC coated two steel sheets. Also it is connected by locks. thus there
are not any leakage. The surface material maybe polyester, PVC and CrNi according
to your demands.
Floor Panels : It is enjected poliurethane (42 kg/m3) between galvaniz coated
steel sheet and importand playwood which has 10 mm thickness. Also it is
connected by locks. Thus there are not any leakeng. Loading to the floor is
2.000 Kg/m2
Isothermic Doors : It has same properties with panel surface material like rising
hinge and imported lock. Moreover, it could be opened from inside when
the door is locked. What is more, it has a resistance in deep freeze doors with
80×190 cm net opening and without any wood.
